Magonigle's Color Illustrations

The following illustrations were obtained from the archives of Avery Architectural and Fine Arts Library, Columbia University, New York. Magonigle's Liberty Memorial collection consists of more than one hundred drawings in various media. The set includes of 89 pencil drawings on tracing paper, 22 ink drawings on cloth, 14 ink & pencil drawings on tracing paper, 4 pencil drawings on paper, 3 colored pencil drawings on tracing paper and 1 ink drawing on paper. The collection was a gift of Mrs. Edith Magonigle, 1939.

These images were scanned from color slides of the original drawings. Special thanks to Janet Parks for locating and loaning the color slides from the Avery Architectural and Fine Arts Library.
